ОсобенностиThe transport conveyor is positioned using a servo drive. During the filling process, the travel of the filling bridge is synchronized with the transport conveyor. In other words, the bottles move continuously during filling. The principle of time and pressure is used to proportion the product, i.e. the liquid is maintained at a constant pressure and the filling valve is opened for a constant time. This enables the bottles to be filled with an accurately defined volume of liquid.
To ensure optimum filling and prevent bubbling or frothing, the filling tube must be guided to a point just above or below the surface of the liquid, depending on the product to be filled. This means that the velocity of the filling tube must be adapted to the contour of the ampoule.
It is possible to change between ampoules, bottles and cans of different shapes and sizes at the press of a button. The filling parameters are stored on the operator panel.
