Íàáîð âñòðîåííûõ äèñêðåòíûõ âõîäîâ è âûõîäîâ ïîçâîëÿåò îñóùåñòâëÿòü íåïîñðåäñòâåííîå ïîäêëþ÷åíèå ê îáúåêòó óïðàâëåíèÿ è èñïîëüçîâàòü öåíòðàëüíûé ïðîöåññîð â êà÷åñòâå àâòîíîìíîé ñèñòåìû óïðàâëåíèÿ.

Íà óðîâíå îïåðàöèîííîé ñèñòåìû ïîääåðæèâàþòñÿ òåõíîëîãè÷åñêèå ôóíêöèè:
